MINMI - Miracle (2003)

This is the full album from MINMI, who made a breakthrough with her street-trained rap and vocals on her major debut single "The Perfect Vision" released in August 2002. This memorable single opens the album, immediately drawing the listener in, and then her second single "T.T.T" takes the listener to an even higher level of emotion with a brilliant introduction. The album is also very appealing in that it naturally combines her world-class perspective with the sensibilities of an ordinary girl, with tracks like the warm-hearted "south orange" that is popular at live shows, "LOVE SONG" that describes her thoughts on the world after the terrorist attacks, and "Miracle," a song in which she addresses a close friend, despite her shyness.
