In 2021 Luca Colussi presents his first musical album “Segni”, his first record both as a drummer and as a composer that encapsulates his journey through many past experiences.
Luca Colussi together with pianist Paolo Corsini and bassist Alessandro Turchet creates a trio to give voice to his creativity, embarking on a kind of journey that retraces the many past experiences that have now become “Segni” (signs).
Nine pieces make up the album, but endless are the possibilities and references that his trio embraces as a suite, where improvisation becomes the predominant element and where the report is not important in itself, but a medium that lends itself to becoming a collective game.
