The songs on this album were played LIVE from 2010-2014 across dozens of shows in Calgary, Canada. They were honed in, focused, heavy while dynamic, and were the main songs ATOMIS were known for at a local level.
This selection was to become "Album 2", which sadly never came to fruition.
Well, here it is, recorded live off the floor, one mic, in a concrete jamspace. It's imperfect, but somehow that just makes it more special. The rawness is so relatable to any musician, as many of our ideas live in this state for such a long time. It perfectly captures us in those exciting moments, wondering what is next for us.
