Hard Shine Blues Band - Cold Shot (2024)

Hard Shine is a Los Angeles based Blues-Infused, action-packed, female-fronted quartet bringing modern sensibilities to the vintage sounds of rockabilly and swing. Hard Shine emphasizes our Jump and Hot Blues-based original songs with unique covers of rock and blues classics sprinkled in.

Being an "LA" band, Hard Shine has performance roots as we all met via an acting class. Not everyone was in the same class, but we all ran in the same circles and from that group of friends the nucleus of the band was formed. Initially a blues cover band, Hard Shine gradually transformed into writing and performing mostly originals with the addition of Ginger Smith as our lead vocalist.
