Beauty in Chaos - Dancing With Angels (2024) Hi-Res

Not only is ‘Dancing with Angels’ filled with beautiful tracks, but it is deliciously intercut with ‘Halos’ (“HALOs” composed and performed by Michael Ciravolo and Michael Rozon with Tish Ciravolo, Whitney Tai and Mars Williams (RIP) ).

The album starts with the goth chic track present tense and features members of the Bellwether Syndicate, William Faith and Sarah Rose faith. It’s an impressive start to an impressive album.

Up next is Kat Leon, who has performed with Beauty in Chaos before with the atmospheric track, ’The Devil You Know’. To quote Kat herself, “I wanted to highlight this famous saying because I have learned in my life that sometimes those that are most threatening to you can be the person right in front of your eyes”.

Track three has Mission frontman and frequent Beauty in Chaos collaborator, Wayne Hussey duetted with his wife Cinthya on the song ‘Diving for Pearls’, which has already been played on Songs of Preys radio show on numerous occasions. The song was produced by legendary producer Tim Palmer.

Leo Luganskiy sums up the next track, ‘Echoes and the Angels’ perfectly. “Songs are the cryptic message we send to the world”.

Fellow Englishman Julian Shah-Tayler with ‘Kiss Me (Goodbye)’ which a beautifully crafted, hypnotic song.

Cynthia Isabella from Lost Gems lends her vocals to ‘Hollow’. Cynthia, who was new to Songs of Preys, but after this collaboration, will be often played.

Regular to the radio show and good friend of Songs of Preys, Kommunity FK vocalist Patrik Mata appears next on the simply wonderful ‘Holy Ground’. This track is destined to be a goth classic.

‘Holy Ground’ would be a hard song to follow, but ‘Made of Rain’ featuring Ashon Nyte does that perfectly. A wonderfully crafted song that finishes the album expertly.

The whole album is an absolute joy, not just for the tracks and the guest performers, but for the wonderful ‘Halo’ interludes.

So many great musicians have appeared with Beauty in Chaos over the years; two that deserve a huge mention for their contributions to this album are Michael Rozon and Dirk Doucette.

To quote Beauty in Chaos curator Michael Ciravolo, “This album was made with Family, Faith, Love and Light”. Songs of Preys echo that sentiment. There is indeed a beauty in chaos.
