Rodrigo Brandao, Sun Ra Arkestra - Outros Espaço (2021)

Second album by Rodrigo Brandão, it follows the formula of composition in real time guided by lyrical content presented in spoken word, a word spoken in a musical context. Recorded in an improvised session conducted by Marshall Allen, leader of Sun Ra Arkestra. The elder, who also plays alto sax and synthesizer, brings along three other members of what is the longest running big band in activity today: Knoell Scott, the Brazilian Elson Nascimento, and the now late Danny Ray Thompson.
