For almost 30 years (yes, already!) I have been evolving as much in the field of song as in acting. My travels, my forays into the world of dance and movement, my curiosity and my fascination for human beings and the relationships they maintain guide my work.
My two loves are inseparable. The actress leaves more room for the singer at times and vice versa, they influence each other, feed each other and continually merge.
After a very well-received first album with the group Ann Victor (which I co-founded with Martin Léon in 1996), more than 140 shows in Quebec and Europe and 3 nominations at the ADISQ Gala (including best show), the group ended in the spring of 2000. Then, despite everything and me – it’s hard to convince yourself that you can write when you only think you’re a performer – I dove into the abyss of writing to prepare my first solo album Youpelaille!, which was released on August 24, 2005...
