Without a doubt, Jenni Dale Lord’s best album yet. Not only is it full of great music, it includes a booklet with lyrics, photos, and more artwork. The album also features Texas Country artist Jerrod Medulla and three time Grammy winner Sunny Sauceda. Gold record producer Scott Faris says this is the best album he’s ever been a part of, and that’s saying a lot!

“I Still Think About You” follows with a slightly syncopated rhythm that mirrors the beat of a racing heart. The duet between Jenni and a male vocalist adds intimacy, making the song feel like a private conversation. The blend of their voices is tender and authentic.
“Sailing” shifts the mood with a more minimalist arrangement. Its ethereal melody transports you to a dreamlike state, as if you’re gliding above the ocean, weightless and free. This track showcases Jenni’s versatility, balancing subtlety with emotional depth.
One of the standout tracks is “I’d Like to Have a Boyfriend,” a high-energy, rock-infused anthem that feels like a ZZ Top-style injection of adrenaline. It’s a playful and unapologetic display of her bold side, perfect for getting you up and moving.
“TuneUp” keeps the momentum going, bringing a Bluegrass vibe that transports you straight to the Appalachian Mountains. With its rustic charm, it conjures images of moonshine and bonfires, as if you’re at a backwoods party with an acoustic band playing under the stars.
Jenni softens the mood again with the reflective “If Leaving You Were Easy,” where her storytelling shines.
Another standout, “Story of Your Life,” features a beautifully haunting piano arrangement. It’s the kind of song that makes you want to get in the car, drive aimlessly, and let your thoughts wander. There’s a timeless quality here, and every note invites introspection.
At times, her voice brings to mind Cher, with that same powerful, warm tone. This comparison only highlights Jenni’s range and ability to evoke strong emotions in her listeners.
The album closes with an exquisite cover of “Bésame Mucho.” Jenni’s rendition starts with a vintage, radio-like effect as she sings in Spanish, giving it an old-world charm before smoothly transitioning to English. The shift feels modern yet deeply respectful of the song’s roots, leaving you with goosebumps.
A Million Moments is a cohesive and satisfying album, showcasing Jenni Dale Lord’s remarkable artistry and backed by a stellar band. Each track feels carefully crafted, with superb production and performances all around.
A Million Moments is Jenni Dale Lord’s Album Out Now!
