Lyd - Lyd (1970) LP

LYD is a Californian band that played heavy psychedelia in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Their music can be defined as pretty hard garage punk with strong psychedelic influences. Really strong guitar psychedelia that conveys the tense atmosphere of the underground, with lyrics on the subject matter. In 1970, the band recorded a self-titled album that was never released and only existed in a few copies. In 2000, this rare recording was reissued by the Akarma label on single-sided vinyl and in a CD version.
