The Smashing Times come from Maryland and play shambolic indie-pop somewhere between Beat Happening and The McTells. Do not approach if you like your music to be slick as this is played as if the band only learnt the songs five minutes ago and they have tied their hands together with masking tape. Kind of reminds me of Herman Dune also.
