Ludivine issambourg - Above the Laws (2024) [Hi-Res]

Ludivine Issambourg presents her new album “Above the Laws”, which is the follow up to her previous album “Outlaws”. She continues to pay tribute to her great inspirations including Hubert Laws, Gil Scott Heron and Nils Landgren, and the album features both original compositions and covers. For this project, Ludivine has assembled a team of renowned producers such as Eric Legnini and Michael Leacock. She gives her jazz a modern and relevant sound inspired by the English and American music scenes. Exploring different types of flutes, especially alto and bass flutes, she also utilizes a brass section and works with outstanding musicians in her album. The orchestra features musicians such as Swaeli Mbappe, Mikael Lecoq, Yoann Serra, Vincent Aubert, Lucas St. Crick and Sylvain Fétis.
