Influenced by Wilson Harris's The Guyana Quartet and Edgar Mittelholzer's My Bones and My Flute, Cooper shapes an aural journey that reflects the exotic and psychedelic landscapes of the Amazon basin and Rupununi Savannah. His compositions weave Hawaiian lap steel, ukulele, ambient noise, and field recordings, creating a rich, immersive experience that echoes the surreal and haunting themes of the stories that inspired him.
