Magro - Tokyo Tree EP (2024) [Hi-Res]

Magro spent his childhood years in Ludwigsburg, near Stuttgart, in southern Germany. He started learning piano at the age of 6, then switched to drums. In 2015 he moved to Berlin, where he fell in love with golden age hip-hop and started producing music. While living in Berlin, he developed his style and worked with various artists. His first album “Trippin” received critical acclaim. The following year, the album “II” was released, which combined space jazz and hip-hop. Magro also signed to the Sonar Kollektiv label, which will help him reach new audiences. His latest EP “Tokyo Tree” highlights the track “Grief” featuring Moses Ufi. They added synthesizers to the music and showcased their skills.
