Fiji Blue - Glide (2024) [Hi-Res]

Indie pop singer Fiji Blue, also known as Trevor Dering, has finally released his highly anticipated debut album, 'Glide'. The album consists of 11 tracks that delve into personal experiences of love and loss, both in platonic and romantic relationships. Dering has mentioned that the creation of the album took place during a transformative period in his life, which is reflected in the emotional depth of the compositions. He secluded himself in Topanga, writing one song per day for a week, while experimenting with a rich sound that combines synthesizers, electronic elements, and organic instruments like piano and acoustic guitar.

Prior to 'Glide', Fiji Blue had released three mini-albums, 'Reasons You Should Care', 'Goodbye', and 'I Loved You, What Happened?', which collectively surpassed 300 million listens. As part of promoting the new album, Fiji Blue plans to embark on a North American tour in February and March of the following year. Previously, he has performed at renowned festivals like Summer Sonic in Tokyo and Lalala Festival in Jakarta in August.
