“AD ASTRA” (Epic Records/Sony Music Italy) is the title of the new album by IL VOLO, the first composed of original songs, out on Friday, March 29th.

A sonic journey composed of 11 tracks with an international flavor comes after their participation in the 74th Sanremo Festival with “Capolavoro,” marking the culmination of the trio’s 15-year career: AD ASTRA is a true tailor-made garment, sewn onto the three distinct and complementary personalities of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble.

It’s a unique record project, born from intense shared work with an exceptional team composed of some of the most important authors and producers of the moment. The new songs trace a bridge between the past and the present, with a strong impulse towards the future: AD ASTRA is a true cosmic experience without boundaries, blending intimate atmospheres and celestial suggestions, with which the world’s most famous Italian trio combines their musical talent with the grandeur of space and time.
