Decently performed record with strong influences in Phil Elverum and Sufjan Stevens. Teddy Hyde isnt really blowing me away with white bread versions of progressive folk, but its not like its all that bad either. Teddy hyde has proved he will take a 180 degree turn at every oppurtainity, this time its a guitar scentric sound. I think this is the best paced album since sock footed even slipping in a few instremental interludes. It manages to sound slow, and calming whilst not feeling dragged out to the point its boring.
