Recorded in Mexico, the album explores themes of change, resilience, and cultural connections between Africa and Latin America, featuring collaborations with artists like Brazilian singer Flavia Coelho, Zapotec rapper Mare Advertencia, and Congolese singer Soyi Nsele. Spanning lyrics in eight languages, the album highlights issues like environmental destruction, justice for Indigenous communities, and the transcontinental African diaspora.
