Marty Robbins (1925–1982) was a versatile American country singer, songwriter, actor, author, and stock car racer.

Known for his rich baritone, Robbins excelled across multiple genres, including country, western, rockabilly, Hawaiian music, gospel, and pop ballads. He achieved 94 charting records, 16 of which reached #1. In 1982, Robbins was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, just weeks before his death following a heart attack at age 57. His legacy continues through his music and his son, country singer Ronny Robbins.
