Standing for "Future LAboratory of Groove Seminar" This was was the debut album by this girl group of five (Harry, Aki, Emiko, and Maria) started by Cosa Nostra founding member and producer, Tetsutaro Sakurai.
It features songs all sung in English with the first five being original tracks written and arranged by Tetsutaro Sakurai, and the last five being covers of classic rock tunes from the 60s and 70s also arranged by Tetsutaro Sakurai. It also has Kiyoshi Tsuchiya on drums, Masahiko Rokukawa on bass (Dr.K Project), and Kono Shin on keys (SPANK HAPPY).
