Recorded at Wavelength Studios and produced by Jason Carter, Lemhouse's songwriting and performance on this album is meant to land on your heart. Known as a folk/roots guitarist and songwriter, Lemhouse again shows his range and imagination on these twelve songs. Love and death. Union and loss, broken faith, and wishful thinking. The recording session went by fairly quickly with each song done in only a few takes each with musicians playing together in real time as a unit which is a feat only done by individuals who value risk for reward. The title track which features David Lipkind on harmonica was nailed in the first take, setting the tone for the entire session thereafter.
