Bigfoot Preston - Light Up My Darkness (2025) Hi-Res

András Gábor, known from the multi-award-winning band Ozone Mama, decided it was time to make an album. The guitarist-composer wrote his new songs while also grabbing the microphone. He named the project Bigfoot Preston and his compositions are not characterized by the retro rock sound reminiscent of the seventies that he was accustomed to from his previous bands, but rather move on the border of southern rock, folk-rock and country, sometimes evoking the atmosphere of R&B-soul or western film soundtracks.

The album, recorded in Hungary, was finalized in the United States. The album is a real emotional roller coaster, taking its listener from deep melancholy to uplifting happiness and back through nine songs. The material reflects the influences of artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seger, Crosby, Stills and Nash and Tom Petty.
