Rrucculla, Izaskun González - Una Ballena (Banda Sonora Original) (2025)

Composer and producer Izaskun Gonzalez (RRUCCULLA) tackles film music for the first time in the soundtrack of “Una Ballena,” which received critical acclaim and an award for Best Original Score. Fitting her unique style, this disturbing and tender soundtrack blends ambient, electronica, and contemporary film music. Gonzalez has carefully crafted each texture and synthesizer, creating a sense of mystery and privacy. The score is full of hypnotic melodic motifs that constantly change, creating an immersive listening experience. This is the first full-fledged movie project for RRUCCULLA, although she has creatively experimented with cinematic music in previous albums. The Una Ballena soundtrack and the Pablo Hernando film itself are expected to be released on March 28, 2025.
