Teeth and Tongue - Tambourine (2010)

Teeth & Tongue is the musical project of Jess Cornelius, together with long-time collaborator Marc Regueiro-McKelvie (guitar) and Damian Sullivan (bass). "Tambourine" was recorded by Simon Grounds (KES BAND, LAURA JEAN, BIRD BLOBS) at his studio in Melbourne. Jess captures her songs perfectly as she listens to them in her head, with Marc adding his signature guitar tones over a subplot of programmed and live drums. Most of the songs on the album started their life in Dan Kelly's home studio when Jess was sitting at home while Dan was overseas. About 2010, Jess coined the songs before he went to Simon's studio in Melbourne to record the album.
