“Su le mani, cadavere! Sei in arresto” is a 1971 Italian spaghetti western directed by León Klimovsky, one of the most prolific Spanish genre filmmakers of the time. The film is a representative example of the later phase of Italian westerns, blending elements of humor, crime plots, and violent shootouts set against the backdrop of run-down border towns.

The score was composed by Alessandro Alessandroni (1925–2017), widely regarded as one of the key architects of the “Italian western” sound. A frequent collaborator and musical partner of Ennio Morricone, Alessandroni made a significant contribution to the iconic sound of the genre—not only as a composer but also as a virtuoso whistler, guitarist, and multi-instrumentalist. In addition to composing over 40 film scores, he recorded hundreds of library music tracks that continue to be used in film and television today.
