Shinichi Fukuda & Eduardo Fernandez - Duo: An invitation to Vienna Program (2024) Hi-Res

A collection of duo works by two world-renowned musicians, featuring a dense and highly structured ensemble. The program includes two original works by Giuliani, an arrangement of Schubert's string quartet for guitar duo, and Fernandez's own arrangement of Haydn's "The Last Song". This album is the first remastered release in 13 years to commemorate his visit to Japan. Born in 1952, Fernandez has won several international guitar competitions, including the Andrés Segovia International Guitar Competition for Excellence in 1975. He has released numerous solo albums on labels such as Decca, Erato, and OEHMS (Germany). He has also devoted himself to teaching and has published "Guitar Performance Theory" and "Essays on Bach's Lute Music". Meister Music
