American roots music & blues from San Diego, California, USA
The Mississippi Mudsharks are back! For those of you who remember, the Mudsharks were one of the top blues and roots acts out of San Diego during the '90s, gaining critical praise, with two #1 CDs on the Cross Cut label in Europe, and 3 time winners of "Best Blues" at the San Diego Music Awards. It's been 6 years since the band has played together, and after 2 reunion shows in the past months it was as if there was never a break in the action. After an offer to tour again in 2006, the decision was made to reunite for a new CD and European tour. The new CD, "Train Rolls On," boasts 11 smokin' new originals, and is definitely their finest effort to date.
