Anne McCue has played lead guitar on albums by such artists as Robyn Hitchcock and Michelle Shocked and has produced other artists such as Emma Swift (ARIA nominated), Ellen Starski and Scott Miller. This new album will be her 7th.
Her first band - in Sydney - was called Vertigo. She then joined Girl Monstar in Melbourne, Australia. The band played for 5 years and topped the Independent Charts twice. McCue lived a year in Vietnam before moving to Los Angeles. She is host of the radio show Songs on the Wire on WXNA in Nashville.
Anne McCue & The Cubists have released a new single and video - Sister of the Mainline - and it is inspired by all the women on who are fighting for positive change.
