Crosswind began blowing in Cincinnati in March of 1978 with the nucleus of guitarist Bill Radin, keyboardist Ken Kresge, and bassist Don Aren.
Vocalist Ron Boustead joined the group in February 1979. Marc Wolfey original drummer and later Jim Seward.
