Sumire Hirotsuru Solo Album 11 STORIES A dialogue of sensitivity and stylishness played by 11 stories. Moments that resonate with Chrysler. Sumire Hirotsuru, a graduate of Harvard University and the Juilliard School of Music, has released her solo album 11 STORIES on her own label Hatch Music. 11 STORIES is a solo album by Sumire Hirotsuru. 11 STORIES is composed mainly of repertoire that she has been playing since her childhood. Focusing especially on the works of Fritz Kreisler, the program reflects Sumire Hirotsuru's musical roots and personality. The program includes works such as Viennese Little March, Prelude and Allegro, Beautiful Rosmarin, and Syncopation, all of which are condensed with Kreisler's characteristic stylishness and emotion. These pieces, which combine a yearning for the classical style with Kreisler's unique romanticism, are quietly imbued with Kreisler's unique sense of fun.Sumire Hirotsuru's sincere and intelligent interpretation of the music is backed by a deep understanding of the work and is remarkable for its expressive richness. The piano is played by Hiroko Kono, who has extensive experience in vocal and instrumental ensembles and has collaborated with Sumire Hirotsuru for many years, and their detailed dialogue adds further depth to the work.
