Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini - Revolução (2025) [Hi-Res]

Revolução is the fourth studio album by trombonist and vocalist Natalie Cressman and guitarist and vocalist Ian Faquini, scheduled for release on September 26, 2025, on the GroundUP Music label. The album aims to capture the atmosphere of the duo's live performances, focusing on themes of love, loss, and daily rituals. Musically, the project explores the cultural landscape of northeastern Brazil, incorporating rhythms such as maracatu, frevo, baião, xote, and toada. The recording features guest musicians, including Brazilian saxophonist Spok and multi-instrumentalist Harvey Wainapel.
