David Kikoski, Randy Brecker, Joe Martin, Billy Hart - Weekend at Smalls (Live) (2025) [Hi-Res]

Pianist David Kikoski has released a new live album, "Weekend at Smalls," recorded in the fall of 2024 at the famous New York jazz club Smalls. The recording features bassist Joe Martin, legendary drummer Billy Hart, and special guest trumpeter Randy Brecker. The album, part of the SmallsLIVE Living Master Series, showcases Kikoski's mastery of the post-bop style and includes his original compositions as well as pieces by Thelonious Monk and Randy Brecker, performed with the natural chemistry of longtime musical partners.
