Nobukazu Takemura - knot of meanings (2025) [Hi-Res]

Veteran Japanese musician Nobukazu Takemura has released 'knot of meanings', his first album in a decade, in which he returns to his early concept of "Child's View". The album is a series of electroacoustic vignettes where simple, naive melodies collide with glitchy computer rhythms and uncanny synthesized voices. Through this music, Takemura explores the connection between spirituality and technology. He intentionally creates an "imperfect" sound, simulating human errors and hesitations to critique over-polished contemporary electronic music and emphasize the value of the human element in creativity.
