The genre-defying duo TIAN QIYI, composed of brothers John and Charlie Wardle, has released their sophomore album, "Songs For Workers." In their work, they blend dub, post-punk, and experimental electronics with motifs from traditional Chinese, Mongolian, and Irish music. Their father, the legendary bassist Jah Wobble, participated in the recording, giving the project a multi-generational character. The album's music represents a bold cross-cultural journey, creating a unique space at the intersection of ancient traditions and dub futurism, East and West.
