Last year, Wild Pink — the veteran NYC band helmed by singer/songwriter/guitarist John Ross — released their acclaimed fifth studio album, Dulling The Horns. Dulling The Horns was named one of 2024’s best albums by Vogue, Toronto Star, UPROXX, Consequence and more, with both critics and fans praising the album as “more fun than anything in [Wild Pink’s] catalog” (Pitchfork).
Today, Ross returns to announce Dulling The Horns (Deluxe Edition), out October 3rd via Fire Talk Records, and presents its lead single, “Disintegrate - Edit (ft. Fenne Lily).” Dulling The Horns (Deluxe Edition) collects two guest reworks — today’s tender reimagination of “Distintegrate,” and John Moreland’s take on album opener “The Fences of Stonehenge” — as well as a stripped-back, John Ross-led rendition of “Bonnie One,” and a handful of album tracks performed and recorded live at Wild Pink’s recent Union Pool residency.
