"The People Vs. Transitional" was the sole full length album by Transitional. Influenced in equal parts by the second wave emo scene of the 90s, post-punk music from the late 70s, and their own film noir imagination, the band relocated from Boston to Seattle in the late 90s. The album was recorded and produced by Mars Accelerator's Bobby Nath, and greatly inspired by the likes of Unwound, Satisfact, and Joy Division. "The People Vs Transitional" is a passionate and explosive aural adventure, radiating with an almost addictive anxious energy.
