Trumpeter Paul Neebe, a virtuosic vanguard of contemporary trumpet repertoire, and organist Ulrich Knörr meld their instrumental prowesses to skillfully perform works by Charpentier, Bach, Böhm, and more. Keeping true to his commitment to recording new works, the album also features the first of Neebe’s commissions from American composer Roger Petrich.
