The live album Forever Home: Live in Japan with Orchestra PITREZA was recorded in Tokyo at the Spotify O-EAST venue during MONO's "OATH" Orchestral World Tour, which celebrated their 25th Anniversary. The tour included 20 concerts across Europe, Asia, and the USA in the final months of 2024. Forever Home captures the 100-minute performance where MONO played their latest album, OATH, in its entirety, supported by the 12-piece Orchestra PITREZA, conducted by Chad McCullough. The concert concludes with two of the band's iconic songs, “Ashes in the Snow” and “Everlasting Light,” paying homage to their first-ever orchestral performance in NYC 15 years prior. Recorded and mixed by Matt Cook, the release captures MONO at their most transcendent, with the symphonic accompaniment creating an overwhelming and contemplative atmosphere likened to a limitless sea.
