Billy Smiley confirmed that there were efforts to make this album more guitar driven work so he brought in session musician Dann Huff and Roscoe Meeks (twenty twenty) to help with the lead guitars.

In the ’80s, his signature tone and soaring solos could be heard on albums by Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Petra, White Heart, and Stryper.
On these Geoff Moore records, Huff’s playing injects arena-rock energy and melodic precision, giving the songs the same AOR magic you’d hear from greats like Journey or Toto.
