The Go-Betweens - Nachtmix 99 (2024) [Hi-Res]

The album "Nachtmix 99" is a recording of an acoustic studio session performed by The Go-Betweens' founding duo, Robert Forster and Grant McLennan, in 1999 for the Munich radio station Bayern 2 on the Nachtmix programme. The recording features 12 tracks, most of which are acoustic renditions of songs from the band's classic catalogue ("Right Here", "Spring Rain", "Bye Bye Pride"). The 2024 release, managed by Domino Recording Co Ltd, marks the first vinyl release of this session, coinciding with the launch of the band's major box set "G Stands For Go-Betweens: Volume 3 2000-2006".
