Simon Oslender, Steve Gadd & Will Lee - On A Roll (Live) (2025) [Hi-Res]

Simon Oslender is releasing a 14-track double live album titled "On A Roll - Live," recorded with an all-star lineup including drummer Steve Gadd, bassist Will Lee, guitarist Bruno Müller, as well as saxophonist Jakob Manz and trombonist Nils Landgren. This unique live release, available on the Leopard label as a double CD and double LP, is the next step in Oslender's personal dream, which was previously realized with the studio album "All That Matters." The collaboration between the musicians began in January 2022 during the recording of Steve Gadd's "Center Stage" album, which later led to Oslender's studio album "All That Matters" (late 2023), featuring Gadd and Lee, one of the most significant rhythm duos in the history of pop and jazz music. The success of the studio recordings resulted in a completely sold-out concert tour in December 2024, the recordings from which form the basis of "On A Roll - Live," capturing the ensemble's intensity and energy.
