Catfish John Tisdell - Slow Moving Train (2025)

This album features six new original songs by Catfish John, mostly in the slow blues style. There are also several cover versions of songs from The Kinks, Dire Straits, J J Cale, and Sam Cooke.

Since his first public performances in the early 70's in Denver, Catfish has toured the country both as a solo artist and in bands performing in clubs, coffeehouses, music festivals and concerts. His favorite style of music is a combination of Blues & Rock. He has performed in bands ranging from traditional blues and folk to more modern rock and roll. He lived on Maui for 30 years and windsurfs.
