Italian composer and sound artist Andrea Costanza presents his debut album, CELESTIAL DREAMS a luminous meditation on childhood, memory, and the fragile beauty of innocence. Composed over the course of two years, the work emerged from silence, reflection, and an inward search for what was lost yet never fully gone.

At age five, a series of sudden traumas fractured the ground beneath Andrea and his brother, pulling them too early into the gravity of adulthood. CELESTIAL DREAMS is his return a home built in sound, where joy, tenderness, and belonging still live. Each piece unfolds like a page in a sonic diary, where past and present bleed into one another in shifting hues of light.

Imagine lying beneath an endless sky, the horizon brushed with green, the air filled with the small certainties of childhood: a mother’s kiss before sleep, the cadence of bedtime stories, the boundless conviction that the world is a place of surprise and wonder. These sensations, vivid in youth, begin to fade as we age. Adulthood narrows our field of vision money, time, and obligation gather at the center. Spontaneity yields to planning, curiosity dissolves into caution, and playfulness is replaced by weight.

And yet, as Nietzsche reminds us: “Maturity is to have found once again the seriousness one had as a child at play.”
