Bradley Thomas Turner - Haunted Holiday Party (2025) [Hi-Res]

Following the success of Haunted House Party, the composer Bradley Thomas Turner was commissioned by the Cryptozoological Society of New York City to create music for their holiday museum exhibitions. Given complete creative freedom, Turner was to compose pieces celebrating the society's controversial, and by its critics deemed pseudoscientific and profane, explorations of the darker side of yuletide folklore. The project drew widespread condemnation from religious, scientific, and even some cryptozoological circles. Little is known about the events that transpired during the opening reception, but an anonymous journalist captured recordings. Due to the refusal of all attendees to comment on the incident, it remains unclear what exactly occurred—a ritual, an accident involving cursed artifacts, an elaborate joke, or a publicity stunt. The recordings are being released for the public to draw its own conclusions.
