Josh Garrels and Isaac Wardell composed the soundtrack for the independent animated film "Forevergreen." Directed by Disney veterans Nathan Engelhardt and Jeremy Spears, this 12-minute short tells the story of an orphaned bear cub and an evergreen tree. The film's visual style combines advanced technology with the aesthetics of classic woodcarving and vintage posters. The plot serves as an allegory for the biblical parable of the Prodigal Son, exploring themes of hope, redemption, and faith. The film received awards for Best 3D and Art Direction at the Animayo festival and competed at the prestigious Annecy festival.
