Stacey Kent - A Little Time For Love (2025) [Hi-Res]

A Little Time For Love is a digital release (EP) by the renowned jazz vocalist Stacey Kent, released by the French label Naïve. This work serves as a prologue to the full-length studio album A Time For Love, scheduled for release in the spring of 2026. Musically, the release continues the tradition of chamber, intimate jazz, featuring Kent's soft vocals accompanied by Art Hirahara's piano and Jim Tomlinson's saxophone and flute. The repertoire includes interpretations of classic works by great composers such as Burt Bacharach, Hal David, and Johnny Mandel, as well as original material created by the creative partnership of Tomlinson and novelist Kazuo Ishiguro. The album's sound is characterized by minimalism, emotional transparency, and a cinematic quality.
