Dragon’s Domain Records presents the world premiere release of the soundtrack by Gerald Fried for the 1969 film What Ever Happened to Aunt Alice?. The plot of this dark comedy follows widow Claire Marrable, who murders her housekeepers to acquire their life savings until she encounters her latest intended victim, Alice Dimmock. The film is the third installment in producer Robert Aldrich's unofficial "psycho-biddy" trilogy.

Composer Gerald Fried launched his career collaborating with his childhood friend Stanley Kubrick, scoring early films such as The Killing and Paths of Glory. He later achieved significant success in television, composing for series such as Star Trek and The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and winning an Emmy Award for the miniseries Roots. Fried passed away in 2023, leaving behind a significant musical legacy.
