Tal Cohen - Yellow Sticker (2011)

Cohen performed at the Melbourne Jazz Festival, gave several concerts with world-renowned saxophonist Joe Lovano at the first Perth International Jazz Festival, and was selected as a semi-finalist in the piano competition at the 2013 Wangaratta Jazz Festival, Australia's most famous jazz competition. In 2014, Tal Cohen won the Grand Prix of the prestigious Barry Harris National Jazz Piano Competition in Detroit, Michigan, taking first place and having the opportunity to perform on the main stage of the 2014 Detroit Jazz Festival accompanied by bassist Robert Hurst and drummer Nate Wynn. Cohen recently graduated from the University of Miami Music School, where he received a full scholarship and a teaching assistant position, while completing his master's degree under Martin Beherano.
