A new release of archival 1966 recordings in the country blues and gospel genres, captured by researcher David Evans in Louisiana, has been introduced. This collection serves as the inaugural entry in a series of publications featuring previously unreleased materials from Evans' personal archive, focusing specifically on the work of musician Babe Stovall. The edition marks the continuation of a 22-year partnership between the publishers and Evans, accompanied by a comprehensive 40-page booklet containing analytical contributions from Marc Ryan.
