Ailise Blake - Soave (2025)

Ailise Blake (formerly of J.C. Satan and La Secte du Futur) is preparing to release her second solo album, "Soave," crafted in the style of mystical "Spectral Folk." The record is an entirely self-produced effort: Blake wrote, recorded, and mixed the material independently while in complete isolation in a mountain village during winter. She describes this process as a "hermit's journey," aiming for radical honesty and a raw sound.

Conceptually, the album is closely tied to esotericism, specifically Thelemic Mysteries and the ceremonial magick of the Ordo Templi Orientis. The title "Soave" symbolizes inner peace and the transcendental light hidden beneath everyday life. The work intends to convey a state of mental stillness and tranquility to the listener.
