Fantastic work from Esther Williams – one of a handful of excellent albums she did on the New York scene of the 70s – overflowing with a warm array of clubby grooves that are perfect for her voice! Arrangements are by the great Eddie Drennon – of Latin Hustle fame – and they have all the richness and complexity of his own great records – that kind of New York indie vibe that doesn't care of anyone cares, but is just excellent by itself!
